Who needs Sugar lite Health Check up and why?

The need for sugar lite health checkups depends on your blood glucose levels. If you do not have diabetes, you should get a sugar lite health checkup every three years--and it's recommended that be age 50 – 60 because certain diseases like hypertension progress slowly and there are usually no symptoms until later in life.
